Each class has people here at the recommendation of their doctor for preventing/recovering from injury, osteoporosis, stress, and many other things. I may not seem like the “yoga type”, but this is the perfect complement to my other workouts. The serenity and strength from yoga have helped me maintain a weight loss, and thanks to Om Sweet Om I even did a 1/2 marathon safely! This is an uplifting, compassionate, generous, place.
