with Lorie Kiviat April 18th 1-3 pm Introduction to the Mensendieck method This 100 year old system was used by film stars Greta Garbo, Ingrid Bergman as well as Fred Astaire and Mrs. Gary Cooper. This technique helps to sculpt your body into its natural form. It rids your body of aches and pains and enables you to find a new sense of balance at the same time.
