Have you often imagined yourself learning more about yoga and/or becoming a teacher but the idea of traveling to and from the city on top of every thing else in life seemed insurmountable? Whether you are interested in teaching or simply deepening your practice Om Sweet Om Yoga is offering the most comprehensive and complete 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher training right here in your own backyard.
Train to be a teacher with us at Om Sweet Om Yoga and empower yourself to become the best and brightest you that you can be. In this teacher training you will learn to teach yoga from our studio’s most wonderful and inspiring experienced yoga teachers. You will receive instruction in teaching to all ages including “A Taste of Yogakids”, Mom and Baby yoga and prenatal yoga. You will gain insights into the practice, history, philosophy and anatomy of yoga. Most importantly you will gain insights into yourself, your unlimited potential to make a difference in this world and live the good life!
This is a 200 hour training to be held over 6 weekends, 1 weekly 2 hour meeting (Wednesday Evening), and yoga classes(5 per week):

Want to teach children?
We offer several programs through YogaKids®.
• One Day 3 hour Taste of YogaKids® – a great introduction to teaching yoga to kids, if you are a parent, teacher or yoga teacher looking to infuse a little yoga and fun together, this is a great program, done on your premises or ours.
• One Day 3 hour Tools for Schools® – a wonderful program for continuing education for teachers or to expand your schools offerings. Tools for Schools® offers an exciting approach to infusing education with yoga! Done on your premises or ours.
• Four Day- Foundations of YogaKids® – Several times a year we offer this extensive introduction to teaching yoga to children. This can be used as a stand alone training or one can go on to continue the full program which is an independent study with a mentor. • Yoga Professionals Continuing Education – Grow your yoga business with Yoga Business Builder, small group coaching to help you grow your business in all areas. This program helps yoga teachers to grow personally and professionally, and is really the next step if you want to make a living teaching yoga after you have completed a teacher training program. It is conducted by computer and phone calls, and does not require that you travel to do this program. Visit
