Classes

FOUNDations and FUNdamentals for students with little or no yoga experience. A slower paced class focusing on the basics elements of the postures, breathing, and connected to the joy within.

OPEN for students of all levels who are ready to experience a more fast-paced, flowing class.

INTERMEDIATE for students who have practiced Yoga consistently for at least 4 months.

HOT VINYASA for students with a consistent practice looking for a challenging and fun journey into personal power.

IYENGAR Emphasis on alignment and holding of postures in the classic Iyengar fashion. Use of props encouraged. Great for beginners and moreexperienced students who wish to concentrate on form.

RESTORATIVE for students of all levels; a soothing series of supported, rejuvenating poses.

PRE/POSTNATAL YOGA
Connect with your baby as you strengthen and stabilize, ease strain and prepare for or recover from childbirth through relaxation and breathe work.
Babies welcome.

GENTLE Emphasis on gentle strength building, flexibility, and the use of the breath to relax and renew.

KIDS YOGA develop focus, confidence, strength, and flexiblity while having fun! Yogakids yoga teaches the whole child accessing all learning styles in a non-competitive, nurturing environment.

FAMILY YOGA Connect to your joy and your loved ones! Yoga for the whole family is fun for everyone, building strong, flexible, balanced bodies, minds, and relationships.

BUDDAHFUL BABY & ME This a special time for Mom to restore, revitalize, and connect with baby all at once. You will regain the strength of your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, develop inner and outer strength, and meet other new moms and babies! Also open to dads and caregivers.

TEEN for teenagers only! A great class for you and your friends, no parents allowed!
